Are you a prop firm?

No, we are not a prop firm. My Prop Journal is a specialized trading journal and analytics platform designed specifically for prop traders. We help you track your prop firm accounts, analyze your trading performance, manage payouts, and develop your trading skills—but we do not provide funding or operate as a proprietary trading firm.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your data will be safely stored for 60 days after cancellation. You can re-sign up anytime within that period and your data will be fully restored. After 60 days, the data will be permanently deleted.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Will you support more prop firms for CSV imports?

Yes! We currently support TradeThePool for CSV imports, and support for additional prop firms is coming very soon in the official release. We're actively working to add more prop firm integrations.

Will you offer support for retail brokerage accounts?

Yes, retail brokerage support is in our development pipeline and will be available in a near future release. This will allow you to track both your prop firm and retail trading in one place.

Can I track multiple prop firm accounts?

Absolutely! You can track unlimited prop firm accounts across different firms and stages (evaluation, funded, scaled). Each account can be tracked separately with its own P&L, risk metrics, and analytics.

Can I share my trading performance with others?

Yes! You can generate shareable links for your report cards, trade write-ups, and strategies. You have full control over what data is shared and which accounts are included.
